These terms apply to the use of https://www.annexhealth.com.au/ and related online content operated by Annex Health.

By using the website, the user agrees to these terms. If the user does not agree, they must discontinue use.

  • establish a practitioner-client relationship;

Annex Health does not provide emergency services through its website, email, contact forms or social media.

Without prior written permission, users must not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, create derivative works from or commercially exploit Annex Health content.

No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to a user.

The names, logos and branding displayed on the website may be protected by trade mark, passing off, consumer protection or other laws. They must not be used in a way suggesting endorsement, affiliation or approval without written permission.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the courts having jurisdiction in New South Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer jurisdiction.
